Older people should be told about the stairs when booking. My friend found them about impossible

Positive: Location centre of town.
First booked an apartment but on arrival it was unsuitable, the bathroom spelt and the bed was up laddered steps. Valerie was able to let us have another apartment not too far away with no wifi. Plus building works immediately outside our longe window with a slightly higher cost. Moral of the tale you get what you pay for.
